Née à Paris en 1965, Florence Ormezzano vécu et étudia en France jusqu'en 1989. Elle émmigra ensuite aux Etats-Unis où elle développa son travail entre 1989 et 1994, sous la forme de création en vidéo, images de synthèses, installations. Entre 1995 et 1997 elle véçu au Japon, où elle commenca les deux series des "Organismes et Spécimens". Vit actuelement en France dans la région Parisienne. Dernières expositions : New-York (South Street Seaport Museum), Berlin (Transmediale), Grenoble (Eurographics).

Born in Paris in 1965
Lived and studied in France until 1989, then moved to the United States, where she developed her artistic work, between 1989 and 1994, in the form of video piece, computer graphic work, computer installation. She then moved to Japan, between 1995 and 1997, where she started the two series presented here : Organism and Specimen. Presently lives in France, Paris.
